Modular auger for pellet's transport

News:

Modular augers, presented to the Project Fire 2016, are made with a particular system, that allows the vertical ascent of the pellet without the need to tilt the auger to facilitate the ascent of the last. Moreover they save useful space that can be handled in other ways.

As already said, thery are built in modules, whose assembly allows, for example, to move from the basement to the top floor. The models represented with the dimensions above are the standard sizes; however, the customer can always ask the exact measure that meets their needs better.

The engine type varies according to the scope "pellet feed per hour."
In the picture on the left a geared motor with an output of 30 rpm is used; this motor allows a flow rate of 60 Kg / hour, while in the previous picture is mounted a geared motor with an output of 15 rpm which allows a flow rate of 16 Kg / hour.

As already explained above, these augers work with a particular system, that allows the pellet to climb vertically without the need to tilt the auger. Working in this way there's another advantage: we save valuable space that can be handled in other ways. In the picture shown in the left you can see the system of pellet's transport, collected from the tank and then poured into a fireplace's tank, that's internal. Ovbiously the tank of the fireplace must have sensors to take over the level of filling of the tank (if the tank is full), so that they can allow the start of the auger's engine to charge the required pellet.

In the picture on the right, the transport of the pellet takes place inside the house, moving from the basemente to the ground floor. The auger is placed in the corner of the ground floor and the tank is below the basement. For the transition from the basement to the ground floor a hole of 150 mm is done, so that the auger's tube can enter it and the assembly of the auger is easier. That's the reason why these augers are build in modules, so that they can satisfy this kind of requirement. Ovbiously the tank of the fireplace must have sensors to take over the level of filling of the tank (if the tank is full), so that they can allow the start of the auger's engine to charge the required pellet.

Being projected to work vertically these augers allow the placement of the boiler adjacent to the them,
economizing spaces that cen be handled in other ways, cause the augers is not inclined.

We have received lots of requestes for a particular product and by now we are projecting an auger that reaches a lenght of 5,9 metres, from the bottom to tho hole of pellet's drain hole. Of course this product will be produced on the client's specifi request, a request that must center the exact measurement. Moreover this cochlea can be mounted both outside and inside the house.

Attention please. We invite you to view the video before installing or purchasing the auger.
